Robert J. Mongeluzzi is a founder of Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky PC and a driving force in establishing the firm's reputation as one of the Philadelphia region's leading plaintiff personal injury law firms and the leading U.S. law firm representing construction accident victims.  His many courtroom victories include serving in the largest recovery of a construction accident case in U.S. history. Publications including The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia magazine have cited his reputation as a top construction accident plaintiff’s attorney. He is a former president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and member of the American Association for Justice’s Board of Governors. He has also served on the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. For decades he also has written about and taught other lawyers how to handle construction accident and workplace accident cases at seminars throughout the region and the country.  He received his JD from Fordham University School of Law and his LLM from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
